- Note 1 = Food Minimum April thru November Billed Monthly. Applies on all Food (including Take-out) and non-alcoholic beverages. Restaurant and Bar operating times will be posted.
- Note 2 = Annual Fees = $205 = Capital Fund $50 / Handicap $50 / Locker Room $40 / Social $50 / Hole-In -One Bar Insurance $15 (not to be confused with the optional Hole in One pool). Depending on Category, Annual Fees are not optional. Family Annual Fees = $410
- Note 3 = Family = Husband & Wife or Partner and all children under 21.
- Note 4 = Super Senior = Age + tenure as a Club Member. M—F play. Weekends, Holidays subject to Green Fees at the Member's Guest Rate.
- Note 5 = Corporate = 2 to 6 verified employees of the Corporation. Some tee time restrictions apply.
- Note 6 = Social = 4 rounds per month total / 2 max may be on weekend or holiday / pay Member’s guest rate when playing / some weekend tee time restrictions apply.
- Note 7 = Snow Bird = proof of legal residence outside New England. Cart seat included in Dues.
- Note 8 = Junior = under age 21 / $475 annually ($400 THS student). Some tee time restrictions apply.
- Bag Storage = $10 per Season. Contact the Office to arrange payment.
- Age Dependent Memberships = Age as of May 1 Each Season.
- Member's Guest Greens Fee is $65 (with cart / $50 if walking). Must be signed in by the Member.
- Daily Cart Rental / Seat = $25
- Annual Unlimited Cart Plan = $1150 (effective Mid-March to Mid-December based on weather, course conditions and the Pro Shop is open) 20 Seat Cart Plan = $390 (Renewable during the Season / no expiration)
- No Charge or Trail Fee for our Walking Members.

Our 2024 Golf Season runs May 1, 2024 thru April 30, 2025. New Members joining after the start of our Golf Season will receive a pro-rata adjustment for months in the 2024 Season that have elapsed.
